Caprino cheese and arugula

Caprino cheese and arugula

  • 300 g fresh caprino goat cheese
  • 50 g arugula
  • Ground black pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Amarena Fabbri, about 10 cherries

Chop the arugula and add pepper to taste. Cut each Amarena Fabbri cherry in half and set them aside.

Season the cheese with a little salt. With slightly wet hands, take a small piece of caprino cheese, press half an Amarena Fabbri cherry in the middle and close the cheese well, forming a small ball of cheese with a cherry in the center. Roll the ball in the arugula making it stick well.

Repeat until all the ingredients are used up.
