Cream together the softened butter and sugar, and whip gently. Add the eggs one at a time and continue mixing.
Sift in the flour and baking powder and fold in gently. Finally, add chopped Amarena Fabbri cherries.
Pour the mix into the molds and bake at 180°C for about 30 minutes. In the meantime prepare the frosting. Beat the butter with the powdered sugar, add 40 g of the Amarena Fabbri syrup and mix.
Add the cheese a little at a time. Pour into a pastry bag with star-shaped nozzle and decorate the cupcakes. Complete with whole Amarena Fabbri cherries.
