Whisk the butter in a bowl until creamy. Add sugar, egg, and mix until uniform. Add the almond flour and half the white flour.
Stir with a spoon then add the remaining flour. Work the dough on a surface, make a ball, wrap it in film and refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Roll out half the dough with a rolling pin and cover the mold (if it breaks it’s ok, just patch it with your fingers).
Prick with a fork and refrigerate for 15 minutes. Bake at 200°C for 10 minutes.
Extract and cover with Amarena Fabbri cherries. Sprinkle with crumbs made from the remaining dough. Bake for 20 minutes. Remove and allow to cool before removing from the mold.
