In a bowl combine flour, baking powder and sugar. In a separate container mix egg and milk. Then melt the butter and add it to the milk/egg mixture. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and stir well.
Chop up the amarena and white chocolate add them to the batter and stir until well combined. Divide the batter between 6 muffin cups and bake at 180C for about 20 min. Let the cupcakes cool down completely while you make the frosting.
Combine cream cheese, powdered sugar, green food coloring and 1 tbsp of milk. Stir until creamy then move into a pastry bag with a star tip.
Decorate each cupcake with the green frosting, then sprinkle the top with colorful sprinkles and with one whole amarena.
Store for a couple of days…but I am sure they will not have a chance to last that long!
