  • Fabbri Rum Babà  
  • Amarena Fabbri, fruit and syrup  
  • Whipping cream  
  • 50 g sugar 
Preparation

Whip the cream with the sugar and slowly add a few tablespoons of Amarena Fabbri syrup, until the desired intensity of flavour is achieved.  

Place the babàs on a wire rack to remove the excess rum and cut them vertically into folds.  

Place the babàs on a serving plate and fill them with the cream using a piping bag.  

Complete with Amarena Fabbri.
