Amarena gelato with peanut crunch


200 ml cream

1 spoonful sugar

6 spoonfuls of Fabbri Amarena syrup

Fabbri Amarenas

Pecan nuts

Peanut crunch

Put the cream in a suitable container and leave it in the freezer until it has completely frozen. Put the frozen cream in the blender together with the sugar and amarena syrup, and then blend until the mixture is creamy. Sprinkle the peanut crunch on the bottom of the shot glasses, and divide the gelato into two portions, before putting it back in the freezer.When the base is firm, add the peanut crunch, the pecan nuts and the amarenas.Keep in the freezer, and remove 5-10 minutes before serving.
